All new Series Bikes will allow for a Range Extender with three extra packs in the Seatpost. With 3,9 Amp/Hours or  187 Watt/hours extra on Board. Please check the Grace Shop for details.

This was not an easy one. The TÜV really had us on this one:-) EMV (Electro Magnetic Field) Tests we failes quite often in the beginning. Thats why we went for a more bulletproof version. The new DC/DC converter is now EMV Proofed, but its also 3-4 times larger then our first modell. Also with this change we decided to install the controller horizontal instead of vertical that allows us 3 more packs of Lithium Batteries in the lower tube. So overall into the universal and city frames we can fit 11 packs so 14,3 Amp/hours or 686 Watt/hours. In the Race Frame we can fit 12 packs with 15,6 Amp/hours or 748 Watt/hours. The unit is a bit longer and higher than the last series design, but still looks really cool, and does the business:-)

Production time for our first set of GRACE Pro Bikes was dramatically long. It took us about 30-35 hours to build one e-motorbike. For a larger scale production we had to cut this time drastically. So we developed our own cable Tree, with an special system in order to be able to work without sobering. This new system is very userfriendly for Bike dealers in the future if a problem comes up. Controller housing and Bike Stem with all switches, fuses, lights etc is one integrated System now. By taking these two parts out, the whole unit can be  shipped and repaired without sending the complete bike over.
