If you count right, ist 20 tubes, as we build 20 Frames, but we only got 18 Motors☺
Ist the lower tube with the controller housing frame. This opening is exactly 54mm wide, so one battery pack can be integrated into the lower tube. One day the controller will be smaller, as at the moment it has the size of a 3.5“ Harddrive, then we will be able to integrate 5 more packs inside Grace. On this Poto you can see that the Welding is just done with dots in the beginning, the final welding process is later when the entire Frame is beeing made.

We started welding the Frames, after all the Frame Mounts for the 9 Different Frames have been finished. On the Photo you can see the Frame mount of the GRACE City Large. Also you can see on the photo is that the tubes have already been cut for all 18 Bikes, every Tube was cut with this very cool and brandnew machine form a supplier:

On the Frame mounting, just a few spots are welded, so the Frame can be taken out of the Mounting, for the later welding of the complete Frame.

These Solid Work Renderings show the geometrie of the 9 different Grace Frames.
The blurred sections are made unvisible for patent reasons. The Main difference between the 3 Frames, Race, City, Universal is the fixing point of the top tube on the seat tube. The difference between the sizes is the length of the top tube. Our Frames will have 9 1.3AH Packs integrated  so overall 11,7AH for the medium and large frames. 8 Packs of 1.3 AH with 10,4AH in the Small Frame.
