This was an important day for Grace as we had a meeting with Mr.Rohr a German TÜV associate who knows the e-bike sector as probably nobody else in Germany. So we discussed all the details that we need to get Grace registered finally as the first streetlegal electric “Kleinkraftrad” (Moped) with pedals on the planet. We had a great and interesting day in Cologne, and we even got a free lunch at the TÜV canteen on plates with the TÜV Logo on, for every technic enthusiast this was just very nice:-) On the photo you see Martin, who is one of our main constructing engineers, in the middle Karlhein Nicolai our CTO, and Mr. Rohr from the TÜV.

Grace - Pro - Tubes

The Tubes have arrived!!! This is not the new Flagpole for the Corporate Flag, ist the core of the famous 18 GRACE Series 1 Bikes. We are happy they arrived, lots of aluminium, looking great in our workshop.

In order to be able to produce Grace fast in the future we need a cable tree. On the prototype all parts were so soldered, a work that took a few days. In the Series production it will only take a few hours to connect the cable tree to all the parts, and integrate it into the frame. Also, a cable Tree with an Anderson Plug System is much more reliable, all connections are crimped. If our clients face a problem in the future, every part can be taken out of the bike very easy, for example, imagine the controller is broken: Any Bike Service point, or even the client himself can open the controller housing with 8 srews, take out the controller, unplug it, and put a new controller in. The Controller we can ship worldwide within 48 hours. Its similar to changing the graphics card of a PC, with this System.
